Program

14th Workshop of the International Study Group for System Biology. «Modern Trends in System Biology. Virtual modeling and Regulation»

The preliminary program of the Conference can be found here.

The conference program includes lectures of invited speakers, oral and poster presentations. The contributions may report mature results and exploratory studies, problem discussions etc. The program always provides ample time for discussions.

The time for oral presentation is 15 minutes + 5 minutes for a discussion.

The official conference language is English.

Poster contributions can be put up on the first day of the conference.

After the Conference Tutorials called Young ISGSB will be held for young scientists.

The general theme of the meeting is theoretical approaches to understanding the behaviour of cell systems, particularly transport, metabolism and signal transduction.

The proposed themes of the sections are also:

  • Fundamental problems of System Biology
  • Regulation and control in metabolic networks
  • System Biology and regulatory aspects of gene expression
  • Virtual modeling of living systems
  • Modeling of glycolysis and its regulation
  • Receptors and transporters of neurotransmitters. Modeling and application
  • Experimental model as a tool for research in System Biology
  • Application of System Biology approach to description of ATP synthesis and anabolic processes
